Good to know

Tucked just off the main road, this quaint cottage is your private slice of Ocean Springs magic. Whip up meals in a kitchen stocked with cookware, dishes, and a coffee maker. Unwind with two Roku TVs (one in the living room, one in the bedroom) to stream your favorite shows. Please note that our property may undergo minor changes and decor and furnishings may vary slightly from the photos shown. While we strive to maintain consistency to the photos, some items may vary. You are located downtown which has a railroad that runs close by and where many neighboring establishments feature live music. Smoking is not permitted inside the home or on the patio. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping. There will be up to a $350 additional cleaning fee billed to the guest for violation of this rule. No cats allowed. 1 dog is permitted with pet fee and guest is responsible for providing a crate if you will be leaving your pet unattended in the home.

Guest should comply with parking regulations. Smoking is not permitted inside the home or on the patio. There will be up to a $350 additional cleaning fee billed to the guest for violation of this rule. Violation of this policy or failure to disclose a dog and pay a pet fee will result in a fee of up to $350. Quiet Time hours are set by the City of Ocean Springs ORD 2012-04. During these hours it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to play, use, operate, or permit to be played, used, or operated any sound amplification or sound producing device or similar equipment outdoors on the premises. Sunday Night - Friday Morning 11:00pm - 8:00am Friday Night - Sunday morning 11:59pm - 8:00am

Located in downtown Ocean Springs, you are able to walk to restaurants, shops, bars, and more. The beach is 1.5 miles and a pleasant walk through downtown. Also within the Ocean Springs golf cart district, you may chose to rent a golf cart to get around.

Guest Access

You have exclusive access to the entire home. Parking is shared with properties in the development. The rental includes a golf cart, but guests must be at least 21 and provide a valid driver’s license, proof of personal auto insurance, and a signed Rules & Waiver Agreement before check-in. No refunds will be made for failure to submit the documents before check-in.

Love the location of these cottages. Very quaint tiny homes at the edge of the main street where all the cute things are in Ocean Springs. You can walk 5 minutes and already pass 5 different delicious looking restaurants. On top of that, the golf cart was a lot of fun! Thanks for stay, we'll be back!

This was the prefect little spot to get away to Oceans Springs. Right in the middle of it all, without being right in the middle of it all. The golf-cart was a massive plus for this little community. It made it so easy to get around, eat, celebrate and have fun. I would def. recommend this place to anyone looking for a little retreat.

We loved staying in this little house! It was super cute, clean, and comfortable. Restaurants and stores were within walking distance and the beach was a quick 8 minute ride on the golf cart. The golf cart was a great bonus for our stay. We would definitely stay there again!

This adorable little cottage was perfect for our stay! Everything was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfy. We enjoyed using the golf cart to get around town and to the beach. 5 stars for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay for our 44th wedding anniversary! The home was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. The location was awesome, close to restaurants and attractions. The use of the golf cart was definitely a plus! The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole process smooth from check-in to check-out. We would absolutely stay here again.

You will have parking available at your cottage. There are lots of great destinations within a mile walk or you are located within the golf cart district and can rent a golf cart. Street parking is also available downtown(during certain events, the City of Ocean Springs may not allow street parking, but your parking spaces will always be available at the cottage).
