Located just off the main road, this small and quaint private cottage features everything you need. A kitchen features all the basic cookware and dishes you need. 2 Roku TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom allow you to access your streaming accounts.

You are located downtown which has a railroad that runs close by and where many nearby establishments feature live music. Smoking is not permitted inside the home or on the patio. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping. There will be up to a $350 additional cleaning fee billed to the guest for violation of this rule. No cats allowed. 1 dog is permitted and guest is responsible for providing a crate if you will be leaving your pet unattended in the home. This property will be undergoing updates to the décor and furnishings over the next few months. While all furnishings will remain similar to those shown in the photos, some colors or decorative details may differ slightly.

Violation of this policy or failure to disclose a dog and pay a pet fee will result in a fee of up to $350. Quiet Time hours are set by the City of Ocean Springs ORD 2012-04. During these hours it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to play, use, operate, or permit to be played, used, or operated any sound amplification or sound producing device or similar equipment outdoors on the premises. Sunday Night - Friday Morning 11:00pm - 8:00am Friday Night - Sunday morning 11:59pm - 8:00am

Located in downtown Ocean Springs, you are able to walk to restaurants, shops, bars, and more. The beach is 1.5 miles and a pleasant walk through downtown. Also within the Ocean Springs golf cart district, you may chose to rent a golf cart to get around.

Guest Access

You have exclusive access to the entire home. Parking is shared with properties in the development. The rental includes a golf cart, but guests must be at least 21 and provide a valid driver’s license, proof of personal auto insurance, and a signed Rules & Waiver Agreement before check-in. No refunds will be made for failure to submit the documents before check-in.

Our stay was perfect for our one night getaway with our pup celebrating our anniversary! Allison was very welcoming of out almost 2 yr golden retriever and she did just perfect in the space. The gold cart being included was an absolute perk and the three of us enjoyed the ride around town and to the beach.

Very quaint little area of Ocean Springs. Tiny home is lovely and super clean. The perfect place for my daughter and I on spring break. Sounds I could've lived with out... the train, iys about a block over, be prepared the train comes twice before 7:30am and comes around 10 & 11pm too. Also the garbage truck comes at 5am on Thursdays. Rise and Shine 🌞 We stayed on East Beach, the units have direct access to it with the golf carts, its a 1.5 down. A beautiful coastal ride and Easy Beach is a more secluded area, where locals hang out. Pets are welcome on East Beach too. Its the perfect place to catch the sun and let the kids play without worry of losing them in a crowd. Downtown Ocean Springs is a few blocks away to the right. All the Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Boutiques , etc are literally a golf cart ride away. Plenty of parking for the golf cart too. Definitely worth a booking. We enjoyed it.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Allison’s cottage. Very clean, quiet, and close to everything. Having a golf cart to use made the stay even better. We will definitely stay again, may be our “go-to” from now on!!

Very cozy spot. There’s a nice bar within 100 yards of the place if you like the nightlife. There’s also many good restaurants and bars right down the street. We walked to several. The beach is also pretty close. It took us about 5 mins by golf cart. The place was clean and well taken care of, and the host is friendly and responds quickly. We loved our stay and would stay here again. For some good seafood, check out the Crawfish House. And for a nice brunch, check out Blue Dog Bistro.

You have your own parking spaces available next to your cottage rental. There are lots of great destinations within a mile walk or you are located within the golf cart district and can rent a golf cart. Street parking is also available downtown(during certain events, the City of Ocean Springs may not allow street parking, but your parking spaces will always be available at the cottage).
